Then the dishes that were left by the last resident were left in my sink. I was at work and luckily I could leave or I would've been homeless for those 6 days. Also they had none of my rental information ready they had to edit my lease 3 different times in order to get it partially correct so I could move in.
Always willing to help make your living here a happy experience. I've only been here a week, but 4200 Paradise is a pleasant place to live as far as I can tell right now. I am satisfied with the comfort, cleanliness and management of this apartment complex.

I had to sign my lease AGAIN once I moved in. Mind you I was on my lunch break and I spent well over a hour in the leasing office. They need to be better prepared in other words. From applying to move-in day our experience with the staff at 4200 was very pleasant. We know we can go to them at any time with any questions or concerns and they are completely respectful of us.

I love this building beautiful stay maintenance and management is amazing without a doubt they are on your team. Management is excellent, and very quick to respond to the needs of the tenants. The office girls were very helpful with our move in as well as management. The property is clean maintenance works hards to keep the grounds up would definitely recommend them.
